You can apply online or print and mail in your application. If you need a printed application please contact us. If you are a member of either supporting congregation (St. Paul or Our Redeemer), to apply for aid from the congregation you just need to apply for aid through the school. The committee will then work with your congregation when reviewing your application. Dubuque Lutheran's school number is 86014. To start go to: http://www.online-cfa.com Click the parent button. Then click the create your password button. Your username: cfanow Your password: you will create this on their site** You will want to print and fill out the new 2008-2009 application form as there have been many changes. This is available online in PDF format before you are required to pay. Once payment is made you will be taken to the online application. **You MUST keep a record of your password as any changes that may be needed must be looked up by your password.
